Terms of Service

Last updated September 13, 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you and cetly and cover your use of the platform. By creating an account or otherwise using cetly, you agree to them. cetly is currently in private beta, run by a single founder — a few things below reflect that stage directly rather than pretending otherwise.

1. The service

cetly helps people plan, name, brand, price, and grow a restaurant, and connects restaurants with interior designers and creators who choose to be listed. cetly is currently free during this private beta. New accounts are reviewed before getting full access — we may approve, reject, or later change this process at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use cetly. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello.cetly@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. AI-generated content

Names, taglines, logos, interior concepts, menus, and pricing suggestions are generated by AI and grounded in real local data where we have it (see our methodology on the “Why cetly” page). They're estimates and creative starting points, not guarantees or professional advice — you're responsible for verifying anything with legal, safety, tax, licensing, or trademark implications (for example, local regulations that apply to your specific locality) before acting on it.

4. Connections with creators and designers

cetly's marketplace features let restaurants, creators, and interior designers discover each other and send introductions. cetly isn't a party to any agreement you reach with someone you connect with through the platform, doesn't vet the outcome of that work, and isn't responsible for the quality, safety, or results of it — including anything arising from a contact detail (email or phone) another user chose to list. Use your own judgment, same as with any introduction.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal activity, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • No impersonating another person or business.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • No abusive, harassing, or fraudulent use of the connection/outreach features.
  • No using a contact detail another user shared through cetly for anything other than the collaboration or work they listed it for.

6. Your content and our platform

You keep ownership of the business data, photos, and profile content you submit. You give cetly a license to use it to operate and provide the service to you — for example, sending it to our AI providers to generate your requested content (see our Privacy Policy for the full list). That license ends when the underlying data is deleted. We own the cetly platform, software, and branding; nothing here transfers any of that to you.

7. Fees

cetly is free during this private beta. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell existing users clearly, in advance, before anything they're already using starts requiring payment.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, was rejected during approval review, or — during this private beta specifically — at our discretion as we manage early access. You can stop using cetly at any time; email us at hello.cetly@gmail.com to request your account be closed.

9. No warranty, limited liability

cetly is provided “as is,” especially during this private beta — we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every feature is free of bugs. To the fullest extent the law allows, cetly isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what (if anything) you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your own violation of these terms or misuse of the platform — for example, content you submitted that infringed someone else's rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have an issue, please reach out to us directly first at hello.cetly@gmail.com — most things are easier to resolve that way than formally.

12. General

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are the entire agreement between you and cetly about using the service, and replace any earlier versions. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't mean we've given it up.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as cetly evolves out of private beta. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever it changes.
